HR Intern

Are you interested in a versatile role in HR? We are looking for a colorful and skilled team member to support our HR team in various administrative and operational personnel matters. The task starts as soon as possible and ends on August 31, 2026.

Tasks you will do with us:

• Collecting and verifying payroll-related data
• Collecting and maintaining data related to occupational health and other benefit administration
• Maintaining HR archives by managing both electronic and paper documents
• Updating internal guidelines and intranet content
• Monitoring the HR email box and answering basic questions
• Cooperation with supervisors and other staff in daily HR matters
• If necessary, contact external partners such as occupational health and leasing companies
• Supporting the HR team in other HR-related tasks

The role is suitable for you if you have:

• An appropriate higher education background (e.g., personnel management, business administration, or other HR-related studies)
• A genuine interest in personnel management and a willingness to learn new systems
• Careful work ethic, systematic approach, and ability to handle confidential information
• Good communication and interaction skills in Finnish and English
• Basic skills in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
