As a Cluster HR Business Services Leader, your role consists of two main focus areas:
1. People, Organization & Stakeholder Management (20%) Lead and develop your team through strategic goal setting, coaching, and talent planning. Build strong stakeholder relationships to align and support HR initiatives.
2. Cluster HR Business Services Delivery Excellence (80%) Drive efficient hire-to-retire service delivery across the cluster. Lead corporate and local projects, champion continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with global standards.
This position is preferably based in Italy (Milan or Quattordio), with a possible alternative location in Spain (Rubi).
You will report to the EMEA HR Services Business Regional Leader.
Lead and develop a high-impact HR Business Services team (10 p), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the cluster, aligned with global standards and local needs.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean and digital tools.
Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals.
Oversee deployment of corporate and cluster-specific HR projects.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost optimization.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
Strong background in HR operations and business partnering within global, multi-SBU environments.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive transformation.
Experience in employee/labor relations (ER/LR) is essential.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset.
Willingness to travel across the cluster (up to 50%).
