Ecommerce Operations Analyst

As an Ecommerce Operations Analyst you will ensure that dealers have all the authorizations, knowledge, and processes necessary to operate Comex's Ecommerce model. This position is located in Mexico City, and you will report directly to the Senior Ecommerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the dealership information is up to date in the Ecommerce store master.
• Check the correct logistics and order tracking on our page.
• Constantly train the store leaders for the correct use of our e-commerce.
• Provide daily operational support to dealerships.
• Create reports to see the results and create better operating process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in ecommerce (end-to-end process)
• Education in Marketing or Data Bases or Business Administration
• Languages
• Organization is necessary
