Customer Operations Role

Our team in Gdynia works in an international environment, supporting customers and internal teams across Europe. We value collaboration, efficiency, and a positive work atmosphere that supports your development.

From the start, you will join a friendly and supportive Customer Operations team, with access to onboarding, training, and guidance to help you grow in your role.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  2. Monitoring the status of orders and proactively following up with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  3. Facilitating clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders including sales representatives, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing departments.
  4. Handling invoice-related tasks such as processing, corrections, issuing credit/debit notes, and managing non-technical complaints.
  5. Coordinating delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers to ensure on-time shipments.
  6. Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with supply and production teams to maintain product availability.
  7. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Our Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or order management role.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience or academic background in logistics will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
