Location: Wrocław

Work model: Hybrid (3 days from the office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Update and maintain customer data, orders, pricing, and transactions with high accuracy
2. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
3. Support onboarding and training of Junior Specialists
4. Analyze inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and handle issues effectively
5. Maintain documentation and keep procedures (e.g., SOPs) up to date
6. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT
7. Prepare invoices, statements, and billing documents
8. Respond to internal team inquiries and support daily operational tasks
9. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
10. Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions
11. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
12. Participate in internal training and support continuous learning
13. Assist with process transitions and create documentation
14. Prepare and deliver process-related presentations
15. Promote PPG Way values and support local initiatives
16. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education or
• Min. 3 years of experience in back office/administration
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong teamwork skills
• Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
