As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. You will manage daily customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and support the end-to-end order and delivery process. Your role will be key in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement across service operations.
