Production Manager

Le Chef de service Production est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d'un atelier de production sur le site de Moreuil. Garant du respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et des quantités produites, il veille également à l'application stricte des règles de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE). Manager de proximité, il encadre une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs et assure la bonne coordination avec les services internes et externes.

Main Responsibilities

• Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Assure the safety of personnel, installations, and equipment.
• Ensure HSE guidelines are followed and propose improvements.
• Participate in ergonomics and improvement of working conditions.

• Production
• Lead the Fabrication service to meet defined objectives.
• Analyze performance (OEE), implement action plans and monitor indicators.
• Manage planning, inventory, and reporting.
• Coordinate exchanges with Quality, Maintenance, Methods, and Supply Chain services.
• Contribute to optimization projects (BPM, flow, organization).

• Management and Personnel Management:
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the team's skills.
• Monitor schedules, absences, leaves, and recruitments.
• Conduct annual and professional interviews.
• Maintain discipline, manage conflicts, and ensure social cohesion.

• Quality:
• Ensure the application of procedures and operating modes.
• Lead and follow 5S/6S initiatives.
• Participate in problem-solving groups and internal audits.

Required Profile

• Knowledge:
• Organization of a production site, products, and processes.
• Routine maintenance of machines.
• Basic English skills.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Use of management tools (OEE, SAP, SharePoint, Concur).

• Personal Qualities:
• Rigor, organization, and pragmatism.
• Appreciation for the field and analytical spirit.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Adaptability, responsiveness, and exemplary behavior.
