Client Service Representative

Within the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Head of Ebuy Cell, you will join a team of three dedicated to supporting internal users and suppliers on our procurement tool "ePro". You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, in contact with several departments (purchasing, accounting, support, etc.), in France and internationally (Poland, Czech Republic, United States…).

Your main responsibilities

• Manage the registration of suppliers on the ePro procurement tool and support them in getting started
• Enter purchase orders in ePro on behalf of stores or internal departments
• Track the receipt of orders and resolve any issues
• Provide first-level support to internal users and suppliers
• Train new employees on the use of ePro
• Participate in functional monitoring and continuous improvement of the tool
• Manage exchanges with internal clients and external partners by phone or email
• Analyze supplier accounts and assist the accounting department in managing files

Your profile

• You have previous successful experience in a similar role (customer service, sales administration, administrative assistance…)
• You are meticulous, responsive, and have excellent interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working in a team and show a strong ability to adapt
• You are proficient in Office software, especially Excel
• Fluency in English is desirable for communication with our international departments
• An interest in digital tools and structured environments is a plus
