Your Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of customer service employees
Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective management of customer inquiries
Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize team performance
Monitor and evaluate team performance and report to various management meetings
Train and develop employees to ensure continuous improvement of skills and knowledge
Collaborate with teams across the Nordic countries to ensure a consistent and high quality of customer service
Qualifications:
Relevant experience as a team leader or in a similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer service center
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
