You are most often found on the floor among customers and colleagues. This is where you ensure that your service employees provide technical support combined with the best customer service. At the same time, it is here that you keep the spirits up in your team, as a motivated and happy employee provides the best service."

It is my biggest task to make sure that the customers in my store feel heard and prioritized. So it is important that my employees and I always manage to put ourselves in the customer's shoes.   • Make shift schedules
  • Train experienced and new employees
  • Handle return service and delivery of products for repair
  • Ensure that the warehouse is in good condition and that goods to and from suppliers are in place.
