Take care of service, support and logistics

You will be part of the leadership group, which in addition to the store manager consists of your five fellow leaders. As a service leader, you are responsible for your employees, and together you handle all service, support and logistics in the store. You are most often found on the floor among customers and colleagues. This is where you ensure that your service employees provide technical support combined with the best customer service. At the same time, it is here that you keep the spirit up in your team, as a motivated and happy employee provides the best service.

It is my biggest task to ensure that the customers in my store feel heard and prioritized. So it is important that my employees and I always manage to put ourselves in the customer's shoes. If a customer, for example, needs a loan computer while their own is being repaired, we do it," continues Morten Jacobsen.

Your responsibilities include:

• Making shift schedules
• Training experienced and new employees
• Handling return service and delivery of products for repair
• Ensuring that the warehouse is in good condition and that goods to and from suppliers are in place.
