✨ About The Role
Responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the product engineering department, aligning team efforts with company goals and customer needs
Directly manage a team of 3-5 engineering managers, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier engineering talent
Lead cross-functional projects that require collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other departments to deliver customer value
Design and implement efficient systems and processes to manage consistent product delivery and high performance across the engineering team
Advocate for necessary technical work that supports product growth and stability, making informed decisions in ambiguous situations
âš¡ Requirements
Proven experience in engineering leadership within a high-growth SaaS company, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success in managing and developing top engineering talent, fostering a culture of high autonomy and ownership
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Experience in martech/ecommerce is a plus but not required
Passionate about driving customer-centric product development and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
