- Experienced software engineer with a track record of leading teams and projects through challenging phases, particularly in the SaaS industry
- Skilled in building large-scale backend applications and APIs using Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and familiar with compiled languages
- Proficient in relational databases, SQL, and database modeling
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building great products, especially in high-growth, early-stage tech companies
- Ability to drive technical decisions by balancing business priorities and technical needs
