This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader to oversee the execution of national and local marketing initiatives across three dynamic brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.

In this role, you will develop national and local marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, manage a team of local marketing specialists, and drive performance for new, high-priority, and at-risk centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of marketing strategy, operational excellence, and franchisee relationship management.

What We Expect from You:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Using performance data, market research, and franchisee feedback, define objectives and build integrated strategies for national and local marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and center growth. Collaborate with creative and digital teams to translate strategy into content and campaign deliverables, and ensure campaigns are effectively deployed across all relevant channels. Support the implementation and adoption of the Sales Speak CRM with PostNet franchisees, developing overarching marketing strategies and leading campaign creation to meet center-level growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Franchisee Support: Lead the execution of local marketing plans for new, high-priority, and at-risk centers. Oversee day-to-day work of local marketing specialists, helping them prioritize workloads based on franchisee needs and grow their strategic marketing skills. Provide guidance to franchisees, helping them navigate available marketing tools and resources. Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the creative team to identify asset needs and ensure timely development of assets. Manage incoming marketing support tickets and escalate or resolve as needed.
  • Marketing Resources & Training: Build toolkits, templates, and guides that help centers understand marketing best practices and how to market themselves effectively. As needed, develop and deliver training on specific marketing topics, such as webinars, sessions at our annual conference, and Initial Owner Training (IOT). Create and deploy "Marketing Monthly" email newsletters to update franchisees about trending topics, new programs, and available marketing resources and assets.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Regularly track and analyze performance for new, high-priority, and at-risk centers, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Report on marketing KPIs for all focus centers. Design and implement contingency plans for centers underperforming against benchmarks, adjusting tactics as needed to improve results.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a multi-location, franchise, or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of top digital marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, delegate responsibilities, and prioritize competing needs.
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools such as Yext, Canva, Google Workspace, and more.

What You Can Expect of Us:

  • Hard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter. We are a small, passionate, driven, and highly collaborative team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and value contributions from each team member.
  • A commitment to professional development and support of your individual growth.
  • An opportunity to make a deep impact and fully contribute to the growth of our organization.
  • Annual base salary of $110,000-$120,000 based on experience.
  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
  • Highly competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) Match, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-Term Disability, Pet Insurance, and a completely free Employee Assistance Program.
