We are seeking a seasonal IT Support Technician to assist our internal team during our busy season from September to December. This role focuses on providing phone and text-based technical support to employees, primarily for Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, be responsive and patient, and have experience with Windows environments, NAS storage, and printers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time technical support to employees via phone, text, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows desktops and laptops, including system errors, login problems, and application performance.
• Support users with network-attached storage (NAS) access and file sharing issues.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues in Windows environments (connectivity, driver issues, print queue errors).
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks such as user account setup and system access.
• Document support interactions and recurring issues to help improve support efficiency.
