Provide administrative and facility support for Operation Centers in the Southern Region- including Salem, Newberg, Sheridan and Woodburn.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration/Procurement Support Tracks and ensures timely renewal of term purchase orders; anticipates, identifies and reports contract issues and conflicts; resolves invoicing problems and verifies contract terms; prepares purchase requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely processing and disposition of accounts payable invoices; tracks status of all purchase requisitions and purchase orders; coordinates with Sourcing and Contracts staff to ensure compliance with all corporate policies; administers service contract(s) for managers; coordinates with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues; coordinates with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Purchases a variety of supplies, services and equipment using purchasing cards and informal acquisition procedures; reconciles purchasing card statements; supports purchasing card reimbursement for Operations.
General Administrative Support Provides backup to managers as needed; coordinates work order tracking and reports; coordinates inspections and work with vendors; assists in department and vendor badge access requests and CIP training; picks up and distributes mail; maintains supplies of items such as office supplies and other consumables; performs facility walk down and periodic inspections of offices and equipment and submits work orders as necessary for facility or equipment repairs; supports prioritization/escalation of facility and equipment repairs as needed.
Initiates the request for facility repairs, greeting and providing vendor access to complete the move or repair.
Supports the administrative activities (tracking, scheduling, form submission, etc.) of various operations/facility programs as necessary (examples: operator certification, personal protective equipment stipend management, etc.); utilizes program tools and standards for more efficient operation and communication to leadership.
Supports logistics support during storm events for line crews.

Education/Experience/Certifications
Education Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree is preferred.
Experience Preferred: five or more years in contracting, budgeting, administrative or related field.

Compensation Range: $26.46 - $39.69
Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
