Product Training & Support Manager – Sverige

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Training & Support Manager to lead and develop our team within product training, method training, and technical support for our digital services in Sweden. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliveries and training efforts to our customers, while driving improvements of processes and working methods.

The role is part of the local management group and reports to the Country Manager Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and team responsibility: Lead a geographically distributed team of instructors, focusing on competency development and coordination of training efforts.
  • Product and delivery training: Ensure that customer trainings before and during deliveries are of high quality. Develop and streamline training processes.
  • Technical support: Be responsible for the daily operation of technical support for Opti 5G and ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Method training for machine operators: Develop and improve our training services to increase the effectiveness of how customers use our products.
  • Planning of technician days: Lead the planning and execution of technician days for further education and networking.
  • Follow-up and development: Follow up on key figures (KPIs) and continuously drive improvement work within the entire training and support function.

Qualifications:

  • Documented experience in technical support, field service, or similar leadership role in the technology field.
  • Strong leadership ability and experience in developing teams and individuals.
  • Good communication skills and a habit of working with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in building or improving service models is meritorious.
  • Knowledge of 5G or related technology is an extra plus.
