Job Description

Reparation and Adjustment: Conduct the preparation of the base machine and operation adjustment, including the installation of Opti and its software, as well as the necessary hydraulic modifications. Perform tests and simulations of functionality (in the set, processor head, FW and HV Ponsse tires). Quality Control: Control the quality of processor heads, FW and HV Ponsse tires, ensuring quality and compliance with established factory standards. Support in Warranty Analysis: Provide support in the warranty analysis process, assisting product consultants in completing the analysis, thus ensuring a precise and efficient evaluation. Service Scheduling: Responsible for scheduling services with customers, organizing the preparation of necessary resources for the activity to be performed, parts, and other resources for the execution of scheduled maintenance. Training of Ponsse Employees and Client Mechanics: Train Ponsse employees and client mechanics, transferring the acquired know-how to act as a multiplier agent, promoting the dissemination of technical knowledge. Support to Product Area: Provide support to the Product Area when requested, performing reworks and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient customer service and equipment. Relationship with Customers: Maintain a good relationship with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication, meeting their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic Diagrams: Possess knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams, applying this knowledge to identify problems and make necessary adjustments.
