- Lead critical marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating marketing-driven bookings for Podium's suite of AI Employee products
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to exceed ACV targets and continuously grow impact
- Drive product alignment by being an expert on all aspects of Podium AI, including product roadmap, features, integrations, and pricing
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Sales teams to refine the positioning of Podium's AI Employee at macro and vertical levels
- Optimize marketing strategies, identify high-impact opportunities, and execute campaigns to address them
