As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's C/IB MIS DIGITAL organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.

Mentorship: Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Architecture and Design: Oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Software Engineer Lead - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
