Mid Office Services Analyst Sr

As a Mid Office Services Analyst Sr within PNC's Private Bank Middle Office organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mid Office Service Analyst Sr will be working on various tasks throughout the day, working with money movement, helping with wires, and other tasks. They will be the "money mover" for Private Bank and Risk Managers. They will also be responsible for updating and adjusting information as needed. Attention to detail is critical, as well as being a self-starter and an independent learner. Communication verbal and written is essential, must be able to interact with clients—OVER THE PHONE. Must be adaptable to new situations, there will be some cross training.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiar with basic computer operations, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and OneNote.
  • Attention to Detail and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, consistently applying critical thinking to work while effectively managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Experience and ability to be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Able to de-escalate client concerns during disclosure phone calls, helping to maintain positive client relations.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes, procedures, and policies, adjusting quickly to new situations as needed.
  • Independent Learning: Possess the ability to work independently and as a self-motivated learner, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication when interacting with internal and external service partners, as well as management. Effectively convey information and ideas in a clear, professional manner, ensuring that all communications are understood by the intended audience. Maintain professionalism and clarity in all forms of correspondence, adapting communication style as appropriate to diverse audiences and contexts.

Job Description

Under limited guidance, completes a variety of moderately complex client transactions, reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Handles various requests from clients or market partners, performing actions to successfully complete the requests. Provides special focus on complex accounts and relationships.

Ensures activities are completed in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures.

Serves as an additional resource in providing direction and leadership to other members of the team.

May contact clients to obtain required information, respond to questions and resolve problems. May coordinate with internal partners to resolve inquiries and issues.
