As a Loan Support Associate within PNC's EF Servicing organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Day to Day Responsibilities for Loan Support Associate will include but not be limited to scanning all physical documents (paper documents) to upload into the CUI Platform, have digital files moved into shared drive to CUI, Log entries into log in spreadsheets (documenting everything), Log everything that's sent to record retention, if and when files must be called back from Record Retention, Loan Support Associate will be responsible for requesting boxes/documents be returned, as well as ensure that the boxes/documents will be sent back to Record Retention upon completion. May add more components to the duties as Loan Support Associate grows within the role. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
