CoolToday is currently seeking an IT Support Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. IT Help Desk is responsible for providing overall computer support for office - troubleshoot and make hardware repairs - install, configure software - provide courteous end-user support - install printers and other devices and basic knowledge of laptop/desktops and good troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft
• Maintain software (patches, updates, and fixes) used on desktop and server environments including OS, anti-virus and malware protection
• Install and configure appropriate software and hardware according to specifications
• Provision new users/employees in all IT systems (network, phones, radios)
• Maintain local networks, backups, and monitor logs for any potential issues
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) including sending units out for RMA and repair depot when required
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

Qualifications

• MUST be local to Sarasota/Bradenton (In Office Position ONLY)
• Ability to travel to Tampa and Fort Myers. You will sit in the Sarasota office 3 days a week, Tampa and Fort Myers one day a week.
• Associates Degree in a Technology related field preferred
• Must possess positive attitude and willingness to learn
• 1+ years IT experience
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Microsoft Office365 experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune
• Understanding and experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting with various desktop operating systems including Windows 10, & IOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuration of mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones for enterprise applications such as corporate email.
