Qualification

Qualification

• Hands-on Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience as a barista or in a comparable position.
• Language & Communication: Fluent German and English skills (at least B2) and a confident interaction with people.
• Team and Customer Orientation: Openness, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for excellent service characterize you.
• Product Passion: Enthusiasm for specialty coffee, matcha, chai, and innovative beverages.
• Structure & Pace: You work reliably, multitasking, and quality-conscious - even under pressure.
