As Sales Team Leader at Plenti, you will directly supervise a team of sales agents responsible for converting loan applicants into funded customers, providing hands-on coaching, daily performance monitoring, and quality assurance to maximize application completions and loan drawdowns. Working closely with the Sales Team Manager, you'll implement proven contact strategies across phone, email, and SMS channels while ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and delivering regular quality assurance reviews for all team members. Your frontline leadership will be critical as you identify operational efficiencies, gather customer insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the sales process that drives Plenti's personal and auto loan revenue.
• 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve targets while upholding quality standards
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive data-backed improvements
• Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
• Deep understanding of sales processes, objection handling and customer journey optimization
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call-centre technology and responsible lending regulations
