✨ About The Role
- Responsible for creating and maintaining employee and HR files, processing payroll, and supporting recruiting and hiring processes
- Coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives, including virtual events, volunteering opportunities, and training programs
- Serve as a resource for HR questions for a 50+ employee organization
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and assist in benefits administration
- Support internal and external audits, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
