UI/UX Specialist – ServiceNow EC Portal

What Will You Do?

We are expanding our team with a UI/UX Specialist to meet the growing demand for EX-focused portal demos (both EC and Workspaces) and high-quality user experiences in ServiceNow projects. This role combines creative design with technical configuration and has a direct impact on pre-sales effectiveness and implementation success.

You'll be part of a team focused on designing and configuring the ServiceNow EC Portal. You'll guide Technical Consultants during implementation and act as a UI/UX SME throughout projects. You'll be based in our Utrecht office or at customer sites. Occasional international travel may be required.

In this role, you'll work on demos and implementations, using your design skills and technical knowledge to optimize user experience. You'll advise customers on portal design and translate their needs into functional solutions.

Your Main Tasks/Responsibilities

• Design portals using tools like Figma and facilitate Empathy Workshops
• Configure the ServiceNow EC Portal technically
• Guide Technical Consultants during portal implementations
• Act as UI/UX SME in pre-sales and project phases
• Contribute to demos and customer-facing presentations
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing and product development

We Ask

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with portal projects
• Experience with Figma, workshops, and user-centered design
• Technical knowledge of or willingness to learn ServiceNow EC Portal
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to bridge design and technology
• Experience in guiding teams and providing consultancy
