Your Tasks:

• Leading, developing, and expanding the international Application-Support-Team with a focus on the SAP-ERP environment
• Ensuring efficient, group-wide user support
• Optimizing support processes in close collaboration with departments and internal and external IT specialist teams
• Responsibility for quality assurance and knowledge management in the support area
• Actively shaping the organizational development of IT within the group of companies

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of SAP-ERP systems, ITSM processes, and project and process management methods
• Ideally leadership experience in international teams
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and very good German and English language skills in speech and writing

Legally required notice for employment in Austria: The minimum salary corresponds to € 55,300.00 per year on a full-time basis and according to the collective agreement IT (ST2). The actual value will be determined in a joint discussion. The further salary dynamics will be based on individual development.
