Your Tasks:

The medical technology business with a focus on X-ray rotary anodes represents one of the essential revenue pillars at Plansee and has grown continuously in recent years. To further expand, you will bring your complete QA/QM expertise with us:

• Ensuring the quality standards in the series production for medical technology products (X-ray rotary anodes)
• Analyzing process data, test data as well as scrap bookings and deriving measures for quality improvement
• Collaborating with interface departments in projects to optimize production processes or to introduce new products
• Creating and maintaining quality documentation
• Conducting Gemba walks, FMEAs and training of employees

Your Profile:

• Completed technical or natural science studies with several years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international industrial company
• Sound knowledge of quality methods and tools (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, 5W, Ishikawa) as well as knowledge of business economic connections in the company
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability (PDCA)
• Excellent communication and team skills
