Your Tasks:

As Head of HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the HR Business Partner function in the Plansee HLW Group. Furthermore, you will be the link between the HR organization and the business in all personnel matters with your team.

• You will ensure the connection of the Plansee HLW (High Performance Materials) business and HR strategy and support the implementation through the implementation of effective HR measures.

• Together with the senior management and the local business partners worldwide, you will determine the business-critical HR requirements of the Plansee HLW Group, structure them and integrate them into the overall HR strategy of the Plansee Group.

• You will be responsible for the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives at the various locations.

• You will be part of the HR management team, represent the business needs of the Plansee HLW Group and also participate in cross-group HR projects of the Plansee Group, ensuring that the requirements of the business area are implemented in professional and competitive services.

• You will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the executive and senior management on all HR issues and actively support the business and organizational development of the business area.

• You will lead and support the local business partners at our worldwide locations in the implementation of group-wide and strategic HR topics, as well as in finding solutions to local HR challenges, involving the respective site management.

Your Profile:

• Completed relevant degree in the field of personal management (e.g. business administration, psychology) with many years of HR experience, ideally in an international industrial company

• Extensive knowledge in the various disciplines of HR management, especially in the role as a business partner

• Experience in handling common HR IT systems, ideally Workday

• Very good English skills in speech and writing, professionalism in dealing with relevant stakeholders in the company, travel readiness for regular business trips to our international locations, as well as resilience and assertiveness

• Experience in employee management, ideally in an international context, with clear objectives and promotion of the personal and professional development of employees
