Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring a proper production workflow in the respective shift
Fine planning of orders in coordination with the interface areas (e.g. production planning and control, CAM programming)
Responsibility for the proper shift handover
Supporting topics to improve orderliness and cleanliness, as well as to increase work safety
Participating in the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
Your Profile:
Completed technical training with several years of professional experience in the field of machining
Ability to motivate employees, coupled with communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
High commitment and initiative, as well as conscientious and reliable working methods
Willingness to work in shifts
Experience in MS Office and ideally also SAP knowledge

To a successful applicant who brings these qualifications for the position we are offering, we can offer a shift leader surcharge of 10 percent of the gross salary. The position is subject to the metal collective agreement. Of course, we are willing to pay above this value depending on experience and qualifications, and we will determine the actual salary and classification in a joint discussion.
