What You Will Experience

As a member of our Sales Team for the SMB DACH region, you will receive qualified customer leads from the inside sales and conduct the entire sales process, from acquisition to presentation and closing. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and competent individuals who want to be an important part of a rapidly growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS sector!

Your role includes:

  • Independent processing of qualified customer leads and conducting the entire sales process in the field – from acquisition to convincing presentations to successful contract closure.
  • Active acquisition of new customers in the B2B environment and sustainable care and development of existing customer relationships in the DACH region.
  • Continuous expansion of a strong sales pipeline by identifying new market potentials and targeted addressing of relevant decision-makers.
  • Regular reporting of sales activities and results based on relevant KPIs and maintenance of all sales data in the CRM system.
  • Continuous development to deeply understand the challenges of B2B customers in the construction industry (e.g., construction companies) and to advise them in sales conversations in a targeted and solution-oriented manner.

What Sets You Apart

  • Proven sales successes (field sales, telesales, etc.)
  • Friendly, competent, sales-oriented, flexible, travel-ready
  • Excellent German, fluent English
  • Solid PC skills, negotiation skills, presentation confidence
  • Independent, accurate, and results-oriented work
  • Ability to learn and self-motivation
  • Basic understanding of software products and business operations
  • Experience in B2B sales and industry experience (IT, construction, SaaS) is advantageous
  • Driver's license B

For legal reasons, we point out that the collective bargaining agreement gross annual salary for this position on the basis of full-time employment is at least €42,000. Depending on specific qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to offer significantly more.
