Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Software Developer to join high-impact teams building the next generation of AI-powered Test Automation solutions for Cloud and Desktop application.

We are looking for a strong technical contributor with expertise in automation, cloud services, and AI agent development. As an ideal candidate, you have built scalable applications and test automation frameworks in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in designing and delivering scalable cloud and desktop applications
• Drive adoption of AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks into engineering workflows
• Own business outcomes and ensure engineering excellence across projects
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, priorities, and delivery plans
• Champion Agile practices, DevOps, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Hands-on with AWS, One of the Automation framework - Playwright, Cypress, Pytest
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and strong teamwork
• Self-motivated and proactive in driving quality improvements
• Able to work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes based on general objectives with minimal supervision

AI Technical Skills:

• AI Agent Development (LangGraph or similar frameworks)
• LLM integration & prompt engineering (RAG patterns, context management)
• AI-driven test automation for UI/API testing
• Python async/await architecture; MCP or similar protocols

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
