Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline growth in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.

As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you'll play a critical role in identifying qualified leads, creating engagement, and setting the stage for long-term client partnerships. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone looking to kickstart or grow their career in tech sales within a dynamic and culturally diverse region.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the regional sales pipeline. This role focuses on inbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage engagement with potential customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
  • Native Arabic, fluent in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with the META region's business culture and sales practices
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
