Senior Inside Product Specialist For Fusion

Autodesk is a global leader in developing and delivering innovative software solutions across the manufacturing, architecture, civil engineering, and media & entertainment industries. In recent years, we have quickly embraced new technologies such as cloud computing and AI. Among our offerings, Autodesk Fusion—developed to lead the next generation of manufacturing—has been growing rapidly and is expected to play a central role in our future strategy.

We are passionate about the Fusion business, helping customers embrace modern workflows with confidence and clarity. As we continue to expand our team globally, we are now looking to strengthen our team in Japan to further accelerate growth. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic sales professional who is eager to take the next step in their career and is excited about growing a high-potential business in a rapidly evolving market.

As a Senior Inside Product Specialist for Fusion, you will manage a pipeline of prospects, lead the customer engagement and purchase process, and drive deals to closure. You will collaborate with technical sales specialists and leverage regular webinars to demonstrate how Fusion can solve key workflow challenges, expanding customer interest and deal size. As part of a high-growth team, you will play a critical role in driving the business forward and helping establish Fusion as the industry's leading design and manufacturing solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an inside sales representative focusing on small and medium-sized manufacturers, leading outreach and pipeline management for Autodesk Fusion
  • Build and manage a 180-day opportunity pipeline to ensure consistent performance aligned with quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and understand customer challenges, offering workflow improvements and digital transformation solutions through Fusion
  • Partner with technical sales and marketing teams to conduct compelling presentations and solution proposals that deepen customer engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to design and refine outbound campaigns and performance tracking
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to accurately record activities, opportunity stages, and customer information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams across Asia to improve sales processes and uncover new business opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Approximately 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with clients in the manufacturing industry
  • Fluent business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent experience)
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and a strong focus on delivering results
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling proposals
  • Experience managing and tracking sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling CAD/CAM/CAE or cloud-based software (SaaS)
  • Familiarity with production engineering, design, or machining processes in manufacturing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs as an inside sales representative (e.g., SQL generation, conversion rates)
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling through ongoing customer relationship management
  • Strong motivation to continuously improve sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-directed learning
