Fusion Account-Based Sales Representative

We're hiring a Fusion Account-Based Sales Representative based in our Barcelona office.

This is a high-energy outbound sales role for someone who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building pipeline from scratch. We're looking for a true hunter who loves winning new logos and driving growth in Autodesk's Strategic & Territory Accounts.

You'll be responsible for growing Fusion platform sale—both new business and expansions—by identifying opportunities, leading discovery, and managing deals from start to close. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to develop account strategies and meet quarterly targets.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone looking to develop a sales career in a supportive, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new and expansion Fusion sales in assigned accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, managing pipeline, and closing
  • Meet quarterly sales quotas and activity metrics
  • Use technical resources to expand deal size and accelerate decisions
  • Align with internal teams on account planning and execution
  • Communicate the value of the Fusion platform to customers

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE, or similar) with proven success hunting and closing new business
  • Strong virtual selling skills (Zoom, Teams, VoIP)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • SaaS sales background is a plus
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is helpful but not required
  • English native language proficiency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
