Senior Cloud Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Cloud Sales Specialist to lead complex, high-value sales engagements for Autodesk Construction Solutions (Forma) across Italy. In this senior overlay role, you will own strategic opportunities, partner closely with Account Representatives and channel partners, and sell business outcomes—not features—to senior customer stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers in the construction industry, driving both net-new business and expansion revenue across the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. This is a field-facing role with high autonomy, strong visibility, and direct impact on Forma growth in EMEA.

What You'll Be Selling

Autodesk Construction Cloud connects office, trailer, and field teams across the full building lifecycle—from preconstruction through delivery and operations. Our solutions—Forma Build, Forma Data Management, Forma Design Collaboration, Forma Takeoff—are used by leading general contractors, subcontractors, and owners worldwide to reduce risk, improve margins, and deliver projects more predictably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive complex sales cycles for Forma, from opportunity qualification through close
  • Deliver net-new and expansion revenue within the assigned segment and territory
  • Lead value-based, ROI-driven sales engagements with senior customer stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Account Representatives to develop account strategies and pipeline
  • Work with channel partners to maximize coverage, deal velocity, and win rates
  • Proactively develop outbound opportunities while managing inbound demand
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
  • Spend up to 50% of time onsite with customers and at industry events

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience selling SaaS / cloud-based solutions in a field sales role
  • Proven ability to drive business in both installed base and net-new accounts
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Business fluency in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
