Account Executive

At Autodesk, we're transforming the way the world designs and makes things. To further strengthen our presence in the ASEAN market, we're looking for an Account Executive who can own the entire sales cycle end-to-end. From engaging marketing-qualified leads to closing deals and building long-term customer and partner relationships, this role will put you at the centre of growth in a dynamic, high-potential region.

You'll work closely with regional channel partners and cross-functional teams to grow Autodesk's footprint in key ASEAN countries.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing and web inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and position Autodesk solutions
  • Own and manage a healthy 180-day pipeline; drive deals from qualification to close
  • Collaborate with regional channel partners to expand reach and close high-impact deals
  • Share insights with internal teams to improve campaigns, tools, and sales enablement
  • Build trust with decision-makers and align our solutions with their business strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience; ASEAN experience preferred
  • Fluent in Thai is a strong plus (to better connect with local customers/partners)
  • Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and closing inbound leads
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business case development skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Comfortable working with partners and teams across ASEAN time zones
  • Understanding of the CAD/CAM/CAE market is a plus
