Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Handle membership inquiries and provide information about club services and promotions.
• Process new member sign-ups and renewals efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and member areas.
• Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
• Support club events and promotions to enhance member engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and membership management software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
