This role is directly responsible for growing, developing and managing Xero's relationships with existing Xero partners. As an Account Manager on our Go-To-Market Sales team, you are the strategic growth partner for Accounting and Bookkeeping firms, helping them build a modern, cloud-first practice with our suite of tools. You will move them through Xero status' by signing clients onto Xero, developing business plans with partners to develop their online strategy and managing your territory to recruit, educate and grow the Xero Partner channel.
Reporting to our Partner Sales Manager, this team is a supportive, high-performing team of seven, where everyone owns their patch but collaborates to help our partners and each other succeed.
