Tasks

Your Tasks

  • Deal Management: You track deals with our partners up to 50 users and support in their implementation.
  • Sales Success & Closing Security: With your sales talent, negotiation skills, and your sense for opportunities, you ensure that partner deals are successfully completed.
  • Partner Support: Through our partner sales hotline, you stand by sales partners with advice and support, answer their questions, and assist them with challenges.
  • Motivation & Business Expansion: You recognize new business opportunities with partners, motivate them to increased activity, and accompany them in achieving their sales targets.
  • Onboarding & Activation: You accompany new sales partners through our digital onboarding process and ensure they are fully equipped to sell our products.

Qualification

Your Profile

  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position – you know how to support and motivate sales partners.
  • Competence: Helpfulness and expertise characterize you, and you are able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Communication Skills: Whether by phone, email, or chat – you convince through clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Proactivity: You recognize potentials and proactively bring in new ideas to promote the success of our sales partners.
  • Organizational Talent: Even with multiple tasks, you always keep an overview and work efficiently.
