The Environmental Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting operations of the facility's filter plant, waste water treatment plant, and solid waste disposal activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatory. Water or waste water treatment experience is a bonus.
Education – 4 year degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred. Other Engineering degrees will be considered and are dependent upon experience.

Varies from office setting to loud, hot & humid manufacturing environment both indoor and outdoor. Role requires the ability to travel throughout the facility while using stairs, ladders, elevated platforms, and elevators. Normal vision or vision corrected to near normal is essential. Normal depth perception and peripheral. Ability to be qualified for respirator use.

A normal sense of smell, including the ability to detect subtle and abnormal odors, is required. The proper use of personal protective equipment, including respirators and SCBA, is required. Training is available as required.
