Job Summary

Drive narrative and content strategy that fuels full funnel conversions and supports demand generation and sales engagements. This role blends storytelling, distribution, and AI-enabled content production to position the company as a category leader.

Job Duties

• Develop and execute content strategy across social, blog, and long-form assets
• Own executive and company social presence (especially LinkedIn)
• Produce high-impact written content (articles, white papers, ebooks)
• Repurpose content across formats using AI tools
• Collaborate with growth to support campaigns and demand programs
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion
• Continuously test formats, hooks, and distribution channels

• Increased top-of-funnel engagement and inbound interest
• Strong content velocity without sacrificing quality
• Growth in social reach, website traffic, and content-driven pipeline
• Clear, differentiated narrative in market

Required Qualifications /Skills/Competencies

• 4–7+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
• Excellent American English writing and editing skills (native-level proficiency)
• Experience managing executive and brand social channels
• Strong understanding of content distribution, not just creation
• Experience using AI tools for writing and repurposing content
