Responsibilities

In this position, you will advise our customers at the highest level and be an important interface between them and our internal expert teams. Your focus will be on optimizing digital processes and the efficient use of tools to drive growth and innovation.

Your tasks in detail:

• Development and implementation of tailored growth strategies in the areas of Digital Marketing and Technology.
• Direct collaboration with our customers to achieve their strategic goals and secure sustainable successes.
• Moderation and leadership of workshops and growth sessions to convey complex topics in an understandable way and develop practical solutions.
• Optimization of processes through targeted use of digital tools and AI solutions.
• Utilization and integration of AI tools like GPT as well as No-Code tools like Zapier and Airtable for automation and process optimization.
• Use of tools like Miro, Figma, HubSpot, and ClickUp for efficient collaboration and a seamless customer experience.
• Creation of detailed reports and action recommendations based on solid data analyses.
• Ensuring that all measures are implemented efficiently and customer-oriented.

Qualification

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a strategic role in the digital environment, ideally in Marketing or Technology.
• Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration).
• In-depth expertise in Digital Marketing (e.g., performance marketing, content strategy) and/or Technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, AI-based solutions).
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Proven experience in working with HubSpot and other CRM systems.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with AI tools, No-Code solutions, and project management tools like Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, GSuite, and Figma.
• Technical know-how: solid knowledge in SQL and database structures, programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP. Experience as a developer is a big plus.
• Excellent work organization and absolute reliability – you keep appointments and always deliver high quality.
• Proven success in moderating workshops and conveying complex topics.
• Security check and references are required to ensure reliability and trustworthiness.
