✨ About The Role
- Coordinating access for site surveys and performing walkthroughs for installing Pilot's services
- Documenting building details within Salesforce and creating scopes of work for cable routing methods
- Collaborating with internal teams on scopes of work and installations, as well as participating in on-call rotations for outages
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for all work and supporting other internal teams/stakeholders with engineering questions/requests
⚡ Requirements
- Experience with fiber optic installations or engineering roles, ideally with 2-4 years in the field
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with drafting software such as Visio, CAD, Sketch-up, Revit, or Bluebeam is preferred
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
