✨ About The Role
- Manage end-to-end event projects, coordinating logistics for events and conferences, engaging with customers, prospects, and partners
- Bring new ideas and solutions to team brainstorming sessions for events, conferences, and enablement programs
- Develop social media calendar, manage promotional inventory, source venues and vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for key milestone events
- Report on sales, real estate, and channel enablement activities, optimize event processes, and develop training for internal event staff
- Make budget recommendations, ensure accuracy of marketing expenses, and collaborate with other teams on internal and external projects
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced marketing professional with 4-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in managing events, conferences, and local initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality content
- Excellent communicator with direct customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective relationships across teams
- Resourceful problem-solver who can leverage internal and external resources to drive successful event projects
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace, with the flexibility to work outside traditional business hours and travel up to 20% for events
