Your Mission

Under the responsibility of the Regional Operational Manager of the international perimeter, and in the context of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for our future:

Responsible Service Client Asia - CDD - 12 months

In this position, you will be the operational manager of a logistics region, Asia:

Your missions are as follows:

  • Pilot the logistics operations necessary for order processing and the implementation of distribution plans.
  • Define the action plans to ensure customer service, particularly by avoiding stockouts and optimizing product availability and distribution.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data present in the information systems.

You are also in charge of leading a team of 6 logistics technicians, you:

  • Manage, lead, and control the activities of all team members.
  • Ensure teamwork within the service and with related services.
  • Are responsible for the implementation of Operations objectives in your area, ensuring consistency with those of the related services.

You assume the responsibility of a project leader within the international customer service, you:

  • Ensure the success of all major projects, particularly on international customer service topics.
  • Play an accompaniment role in the change, particularly through communication with the entire hierarchical chain of employees.
  • Play a major role in improvement projects, participating in working groups and proposing cross-functional action plans to improve logistics indicators.
  • Pilot the flows and stocks, structure and optimize the logistics of the area in compliance with performance objectives (costs, quality, deadlines).

This position is available as soon as possible according to your availability for a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

The position requires frequent travel between our different sites in Muret (31), Lavaur (81), and Castres (81) - (usually 1 day per week on each of the sites).

It is eligible for 2 days of remote work.

Who You Are?

Holder of a degree of type Bac+5 in international trade, transport, or supply chain.

You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales administration service, customer service, or supply planner within an international company (a transport company is a plus).

You have management experience.

You can demonstrate experience that has allowed you a good mastery of the regulation of international goods flows, particularly INCOTERMS, logistics, and financial.

You are comfortable with computer tools (ERP, office pack).

Of course, your English is fluent both orally and in writing for daily contacts with countries
