Attached to the senior product manager for shampoos, sun care & baby care for the KLORANE brand, within a dynamic team, the intern will have the mission to contribute to the development of products/services and omnichannel contents, to favor the growth and profitability of the products in the scope:
- ANALYSE: conduct constant analysis of trends, competition, market evolutions, studies, consumer needs, patients, distributors in relation with the markets and propose innovative concepts - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: contribute to the definition of the positioning, marketing, communication and development strategy of the product ranges - PROJECT MANAGEMENT: contribute to the strategic alignment at the regulatory level, R&D, market access (for the concerned products)...
- CREATION OF CONTENT: contribute to the creation of marketing content (presentations, tools...) and promotional materials.
- FOLLOW UP OF THE PERFORMANCE: evaluate the performance of the products and marketing campaigns, and propose improvements.
The internship is available for 6 months starting from the beginning of January on our site of Cauquillous in Lavaur (near Toulouse).
Student in the final year of Master in Marketing, or similar field.
Passionate about the cosmetics and beauty industry.
Good research and analysis skills.
Creative with a strong ability to think innovatively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
