The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the strategic relationship between the client areas of Supply Chain and Pierre Fabre, as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency in the entire process of orders, supply and information.
This person will manage our performance through the main indicators to be able to map and act on the main needs of the client, as well as guarantee the routine and excellence of the activities. Our goal is to promote the company's solutions and find mutual satisfaction.
