The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the strategic relationship between the client areas of Supply Chain and Pierre Fabre, as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency in the entire process of orders, supply and information.

This person will manage our performance through the main indicators to be able to map and act on the main needs of the client, as well as guarantee the routine and excellence of the activities. Our goal is to promote the company's solutions and find mutual satisfaction.

  • Point focal of Supply Chain of the clients;
  • Ensure the functioning and excellence of the Supply Chain process for its clients;
  • Point focal/communication between the areas of Transportation, Physical Distribution and other areas of the company;
  • Monitoring of client KPIs/weekly reports of these KPIs;
  • Challenge replenishment requests placed by clients to ensure that stock targets are being met;
  • Develop a trusting relationship with your clients;
  • Develop a trusting relationship with commercial teams (internal and external) to support their needs while maintaining a healthy Supply Chain and inventory;
  • Expand relationships with clients through constant solution proposals approaching the client's objectives;
  • Influence business decisions to achieve optimal results for the entire Supply Chain;
  • Periodic meetings with clients (in person and online)

Who You Are?

  • Complete higher education: Engineering, Administration, and related fields;
  • Excel - Intermediate;
  • Previous experience in the Customer Service area;
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI and/or analytical tools;
  • Desirable English between intermediate and advanced.
