✨ About The Role
- Serve as the front office for the company, responding to user queries and issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify user needs and provide assistance with specific features of the product
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, updating internal databases with technical information
- Create and share guidance videos with users, as well as share feature requests and workarounds with the team
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved and assist with updating articles on the Help Center
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in customer support with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and the product team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems and provide solutions
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and comfortable working weekends with 2 days off during the week
